Refund policy for EZFigure

Introduction

This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available for purchases made through EZFigure. It applies to subscriptions, paid plans, one-time purchases, credit packages, and other digital services unless a specific project states otherwise.

By purchasing a paid service, you agree to this policy.

General Principles

Because EZFigure provides digital services, AI-powered features, credits, and generated outputs, refunds may depend on timing, usage, consumed credits, and whether the purchased service has already been delivered.

Refunds are not guaranteed unless the conditions in this policy are met or applicable law requires otherwise.

Subscription Refunds

Monthly subscription refunds may be available if:

  1. the request is submitted within 7 days of the initial purchase, and
  2. usage during that period remains limited.

Annual subscription refunds may be available if:

  1. the request is submitted within 14 days of the initial purchase, and
  2. usage during that period remains limited.

Renewals are generally not refundable unless required by law or approved at our discretion.

Credit Package Refunds

Credit package purchases may be refundable only if the credits are unused or minimally used. Credits that have already been consumed, expired, transferred, or applied to generated outputs are generally not refundable.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • consumed credits
  • generated outputs that have been created, downloaded, exported, published, or used
  • partial billing periods after a subscription has been used
  • accounts terminated for violating the Terms of Service
  • purchases made with fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activity
  • services already delivered as described at the time of purchase

Cancellation vs. Refund

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals. It does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period.

If you cancel, you may keep access to paid features until the end of the current billing period unless the specific project is configured differently.

Technical Issues

If a technical issue prevents you from using a paid feature, contact us at support@ezfigure.com. Depending on the situation, we may offer troubleshooting, restored access, replacement credits, account credits, or a refund.

Temporary downtime, model limitations, output quality differences, or unsupported use cases do not automatically qualify for a refund.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@ezfigure.com and include:

  • your account email address
  • order number, invoice ID, or transaction ID
  • purchase date
  • reason for the request
  • relevant screenshots or error details, if applicable

We may request additional information to verify the purchase and review eligibility.

Review and Processing

We aim to review refund requests within a reasonable time. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method by Stripe or another configured payment provider.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, card issuer, and region.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
