User Inputs and Generated Outputs

You are responsible for the content you submit to the services, including prompts, uploads, instructions, data, and other user inputs.

Unless a specific project states otherwise, you retain your rights in your user inputs, and we do not claim ownership of your generated outputs. Your rights to use generated outputs may depend on your plan, applicable law, third-party terms, and the rights of others.

• upload or generate illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing content
• attempt to bypass security, rate limits, credits, subscriptions, or access controls

• submit content that you do not have the right to use

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your use violates these Terms or creates risk to the services, users, or third parties.

Subscriptions, Credits, and Billing

Some features may require a paid plan, subscription, one-time purchase, or credits. Prices, limits, renewal terms, and included usage may vary by plan.

Payments are processed by Stripe or another configured payment provider. By purchasing a paid plan or credits, you authorize the applicable charges and agree to the payment provider's terms.

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Credits may expire, reset, or be limited according to the plan or project configuration.

Refunds

Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy. Canceling a subscription does not automatically create a refund unless the refund requirements are met.

Limitation of Liability

Termination

You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk, fail to pay required fees, or if we discontinue the services.
